We Remember

No weapon formed against us will prevail, in Jesus’ name. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We take captive our thoughts to make them obedient to you, Lord. We remember the former things. We remember your mighty acts, how you delivered us. Keep us faithful to you, Lord.
Thank you for tearing down strongholds in our lives, Lord. Thank you for renewing our hope in you and our faith and trust in you. Jesus, we need your hope in our families. We need your hope in our homes, in our churches, our neighborhoods, our communities, our country, our world. Spread your Word everywhere, starting in our homes.
May we not be apathetic about things that take us further from your side. Help us to want more of you, less of us, less of the world and less of anything that has to do with darkness. Make us more like you as we spend more time with you. Help us to be a pleasing aroma to you and those in our lives. Help us to want what you want. Let us see with your vision.
Let us be peacemakers who sow in righteousness. Let your Word ever be on our minds, your praise in our hearts and your Spirit overflowing us. Heal us. Make us more healthy in every way as we fix our minds on you. Deliver us. Redeem us. Set us free. Set us free from sinful thinking. Let our thoughts be free to worship you in spirit and in truth and unite us in that. Help us to uplift each other. We believe you. We believe your promises and we believe you will answer our prayers. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
