I beat my chest in repentance, God, and ask again for your forgiveness. I am a sinner. Thank you for dying on the Cross for my sins. Change my heart and purify me. Cleanse me. Help me to change. The new has come. God, you are exceedingly gracious! Thank you for rising from the dead. Thank you for lifting us up and seating us with you. Thank you for rejoicing over us and taking delight in us. Help us not to forget your joy. Thank you for giving us joy. Help us to act and walk in love and to look like you. Let the fruits of your spirit be seen in us. Abba, Father, we love you. Amen
